Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that his name                  
be withdrawn as a co-sponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 12 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of                
Alaska relating to subsistence use of fish and wildlife by residents           
and establishing an effective date for that amendment.  Senator Kelly          
objected.
